Don't quit your Day Job...

Have you ever wondered what are your chances on becoming a billionaire???

Let's do some quick math, there's roughly close to 6.75 billion people living on earth, and there's only 950 people who are billionaires in the world. If you do the math there's approximately a 1 in 7 million chances of you becoming the next billionaire. If you live in the U.S, your chances are better there's a 1 in 800,000 chance on becoming a billionaire.

Some people have a hard time visualizing how much one billion dollars is (including myself). Here's a poster that illustrates how much one billion dollars is really worth and how it relates to our world.

One way of getting a billion dollars is by gathering 590 of your guy friends lifetime income or 768 of your girlfriends lifetime income.

It's shocking and depressing to see how much money is being unnecessary spent in the War for "Black Gold" (Iraq), no wonder why the economy is going down the toilet.

Great design posters! Interesting bit of information. What makes these posters a success is the way that the designer communicates his or her message across to the viewer. The usage of type has been implemented in a way that it communicates. The large type and the usage of the elements that represent people makes them visionary engaging. Upon reading the information that the designer wants us to understand then putting that idea to use with the elements creates harmony. The whole design poster clearly and effectively communicates the idea. I like the way the designer has created separate posters to represent the male and female demographic. The use of color is also crucial in communicating to both males and females. The pink color and the color usage for the male poster communicates in a clear fashion. Great visuals and great designs. It reminds me that keeping your job in this crucial time in our economy is important especially now.

Recently President Obama has set a deadline for the end of the war in Irag. August of 2010 appears to signal the end of this long and damaging war. It has left our resources and establishments in shambles and it has left our economy in turmoil. We as Americans will finally see the end of this war that I hope will work to fix our economy. I hope now one can focus all our attention to the economy.

Wow...now I really am depressed! Why does it take less men to make one billion dollars than women? Still. Oh well, great posters on information design. Love it!

At first glance I really liked this but on closer inspection I think the text needs lots of work. The letter spacing and word spacing are a bit funky and the varying sizes causes it to read weird. I still really like the idea and all the little people symbols.
